This statement explains which personal data Birol Studio processes through this website and when you contact us.

Who we are

This website

• We use no cookies, no advertising trackers and no visitor statistics.
• Fonts load from Google Fonts, which means Google sees your IP address.
• The website is hosted by Vercel. Their servers keep technical logs (such as IP address and time) to keep the service secure.

When you contact us

If you e-mail, call or send a WhatsApp message, we use your name, contact details and question to answer you and follow up on a demo or quote (legitimate interest and pre-contractual steps). We keep this for at most 2 years after the last contact, unless you become a client.

Shop Autopilot clients

For clients we process product photos, texts and the connected social media accounts under a separate data processing agreement. The data sits in a separate, protected environment per client on a server in Germany (EU). For text, images and video we use AI services from Anthropic, Google and fal; publishing goes through Zernio, messages through Telegram. Servers and backups: Hostinger (Germany) and Cloudflare (EU). Your address is looked up through OpenStreetMap (Nominatim) for the local weather in the planner.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, and object to processing. E-mail birol@birolstudio.com. If you are not satisfied, you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
